In store pick-up

    Free of charge. Please select "In store pick-up" on check-out page. We will notify you via WhatsApp once the order is ready for pick-up.

    Please call/WhatsApp 55056190 before you visit the store and book the time with us.

    Customers must pick-up within 10 days after ordering.

    Time period: please note our opening hour as below. It's recommended to give us a call/WhatsApp us before your visit!

    For orders below HK$500      HK$25 (pay at check-out)

    For orders equal to HK$500 or above Free

    Time period: Upon payment confirmation, normally it takes around 3 working days for delivery. The exact arrival time may vary depending on SF Express arrangements. You will receive an email when your order has been collected by the courier.

    SF Express may charge additional fee for Remote Areas.

    Service Terms

    Customer should ensure correct shipping address and contact number. For EF Lockers, Customer should pickup within time limit set by SF Express. The B is not liable for any rejected delivery, expired pick-up or any other reasons caused by the Customer that render in delivery failure.

    If the Customer has not received the order after 10 working days, please use the tracking number to check with SF Express or contact us.

    If the product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
